[COLUMN] B767 at MST

Postby JeroenS » 07 Aug 2016, 21:48

During the years MAA had some nice 767s as well. A lot of Britannia's have seen the paintshop inside.... But do you remember the time that we had a regular Australia flight... sounds still crazy this time, but it was no joke... One time even a 757 took care of this flight!!

Here is G-BOPB being prepared for his long flight down under!

Hello together,
this ex Gulf Air 767-300 stored at MST by Waha Leasing for two years from 2009 to 2011 before it was transfered to Orlando-Sanford. Currently registered to the Bank of Utah Trustee.

From the other side, it looked like this:

BTW, thanks for the interesting Britannia story - where did they make the intermediate landing on their long way?

If I remember correctly the Britannia flight arrived from Gatwick and returned to Gatwick before starting the long-haul!!
